As the backbone of our department, bus drivers play a vital role in our operations. Without them, we couldn’t keep Los Santos moving. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate assigned routes while ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

No prior experience is required—all our drivers begin as trainees, with full training provided to set you up for success.

STEP I. PRELIMINARY JOB APPLICATION – This is the first step in applying for a job as Driver within the Department of Transportation. Aside from getting a complete overview of the applicant’s professional track record, the primary objective of this application is to assess the applicantant’s proficiency in the English language and motivation for the job.

STEP II. BACKGROUND CHECK – Upon submitting your candidacy, recruitment officials will verify whether the information contained within is truthful. STEP III. JOB INTERVIEW – This will be the third and final stage in becoming a Driver. You will be invited for an interview with one of the department Directors. The interview may include both more theoretical questions as well as a practical assignment. Before attending the interview it is highly recommended to study the job vacancy thoroughly as it is considered to be good preparation for the interview..

ABOUT THE JOB POSITION

We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR operation. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the department from recruitment to learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager or other senior roles in the HR team and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

4. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.

KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES

1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive position
2. People oriented and results driven
3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
4.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the department
5. Degree in Human Resources or related field
